Bare cherry and mahogany console
This handsome console has a mix of veneers, brought down to their surface and paint washed. Jacobean figures in the legs frame the beautiful, and maintenance-free, natural wood look. The single door has an Anthropologie shell inlay pull, champagne gold; and opens to a dark-cobalt cabinet (no shelving). This has really versatile dimensions- could be a hall/ entryway console, bar cabinet, or entertainment center. Everything is sealed in polycrylic or shellac, with a little wax on top. No makers marks but this is probably from the 1970s, and is in excellent condition.
